Yes, we have a showroom where you can explore our collections in person.
Our Showroom is located at Shop 97, Goshi Warehouse City, Al Quoz 3, Dubai, UAE.
You can visit us every day, Tuesday to Sunday, between 10 AM - 7 PM.
While we showcase a variety of our collections, not every item may be available for display. Feel free to inquire about specific pieces!
Absolutely! You can place orders directly in the showroom for any items you love.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. However, you can place a new order for additional items. We can also try and coordinate the delivery for both order to come in together.
Delivery
Shipping fees may apply based on your location and the size of your order. Please refer to our Delivery policy for details - we offer free delivery to Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi for any order above AED 600.
Yes, a complementary assembly service is offered for items that require assembly.
Delivery timelines depend on your location and item availability. Typically, you can expect your order within 3-5 business days in Dubai and in 4-7 business days in other emirates. Please refer to the Delivery section for more details about delivery terms and timelines.

We offer international shipping to the GCC area.
International deliveries have custom shipping charges depending on the product dimensions, weight, packaging and delivery location. Our customer care team will be able to assist you with coordinating the shipping - they can be contacted at contact@ombai-living.com.
Shop and collect
You can select the "Pickup in Store" option at checkout. Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you when you can pick it up at our showroom during our opening hours.
