Free Delivery and Installation

OMBAI wants your experience to be as seamless and enjoyable as possible from start to finish. That’s why we offer Free Delivery and Installation.

Shipping Terms:

UAE deliveries typically take 3-5 working days (Dubai)  and 4-7 working days (other Emirates), depending on the specific product and delivery schedule.

Any order of a value of AED 600 or above will be delivered free of charge in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. For orders of less than AED 600 the following delivery charges apply:

  • Dubai: AED 75
  • Other Emirates: AED 150

In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time frame indicated on the product page. However, please note that actual delivery dates may be impacted by courier arrangements, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. For the most accurate delivery date, please contact our customer care team.

Please be aware that your order may be delivered in multiple shipments. If you don’t receive all items in the first package, rest assured they will arrive in subsequent batches, and you will receive separate updates or tracking numbers for each delivery.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to the GCC area. 

International deliveries have custom shipping charges depending on the product dimensions, weight, packaging and delivery location. Our customer care team will be able to assist you with coordinating the shipping - they can be contacted at contact@ombai-living.com.

Extra Large Items Deliveries:

Before ordering extra-large items, please ensure that your elevator and door dimensions can accommodate the product. It’s crucial to measure your elevator’s interior dimensions and doorway widths to prevent delivery issues, as most of our products are delivered assembled. If you have any concerns regarding accessibility, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Ensuring proper access will facilitate a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience.

Self Collection:

If you prefer a hands-on approach, smaller items like accessories and décor can be collected from the OMBAI showroom in Al Quoz, Dubai. For the self-collection of larger items, our team will get in touch with you to confirm your preferred pick-up time and location at the showroom. 

Assembly:

With the objective to ensure the smoothest experience to our customers, we offer complementary assembly services for pieces that require assembly.

One-for-One Furniture Disposal

OMBAI believes that creating a beautiful, functional space shouldn’t come at the expense of the environment. That’s why we’re excited to offer our One-for-One Furniture Disposal service.

Here’s how it works :

1. Simplify Your Transition: When you purchase a new piece from OMBAI, we’ll help you seamlessly transition by taking away your old furniture. For every item you buy, we’ll remove one piece of your old furniture—making space for your new, stylish addition without the hassle.

2. Eco-Friendly Approach: We’re committed to sustainability. Our disposal process is designed with the environment in mind. We’ll ensure that your old furniture is either recycled or donated, so it doesn’t end up in a landfill.

3. Hassle-Free Service: No need to worry about logistics or heavy lifting. Our team handles everything from pickup to disposal, allowing you to focus on enjoying your new furniture.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide an accurate representation of our furniture on our website and in our showroom. Should your OMBAI furniture not complement your home interior, we are delighted to accept its return for exchange within 14 days of the initial purchase.

Items can be returned directly to our Al Quoz showroom located at Unit 97, Goshi Warehouses City, Al Quoz Industrial 3, Dubai or through our return pick-up service for a minimal charge of AED 290.

If you are willing to use our return pick-up service, you can initiate the return within 2-3 days from the date you receive your items. Simply contact our customer care team with your order details and reason for the return. We will arrange for the items to be picked up from your location within 2-3 working days of your request.

Due to hygiene and health considerations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for bedding items, including sheets, duvet covers & cushions.
