Touch-ups

Natural teak wood and suar wood collection stains, dents, and scratches can be sanded down and restored. Varnished and burnt items can be touched up only, with no guaranty of perfect restauration. 

Protective

OMBAI team can be deployed for application or restoration of teak and suar coatings (sealant / varnish). Varnished items & volcano burnt collection can be touched-up only.

Please include your sales order number for reference, as well as a few pictures of your items.

We'll then assess the necessary steps and schedule a maintenance session according to availability. Charge will be estimated on a case by case basis.

Take note:

• Items that were previously coated, cannot be restored to the original raw state. Once a specific coating is applied, you cannot switch to another one for the following session.
• Maintenance sessions are only conducted on items purchased through OMBAI.
• Maintenance session focus on furniture only and exclude décor items.
• We reserve the right to refuse maintenance sessions for specific cases.
