A journey of transformation, a metaphorical exploration of life’s intricate paths and profound shifts. The labyrinth is not a mere puzzle to be solved, but a profound symbol of existence itself—a circular, convoluted path devoid of dead ends, with one entrance and one exit. It represents the endless cycles of growth and evolution, where every twist and turn holds significance and purpose.
About the Unveiling series:
This is the first series was done using the artist's signature medium, Original Amber Glaze, combined with Titanium White Acrylic Paint. The Unveiling Series depicts an array of emotions and mental states, centering on the theme of transformation. Each artwork is crafted to express various facets of change, born from a liberated and intuitive creative journey.
Her key medium is Original Amber Glaze, that she has developed over the past few years. It is a coffee-based mix of organic and synthetic ingredients that gives her artworks a glossy texture and distinctive shades of amber hues, from deep dark to light warm. Solo, it gives a tarry, glaze-like texture. When mixed with different media, it produces a range of spontaneous patterns and effects, depending on the concentration and volume used.
Her artworks are textured, including thick spatula and brush strokes, natural cracks, and layers of various media. The use of crafted organic ingredients in her paintings makes the whole painting process and the results unconventional, compelling, and also more environmentally friendly. One of her goals is to develop all her painting media and make them as sustainable as possible.
